What is missed-call text-back?
When you can't pick up, the person who rang gets a text from your business straight away, so they know you'll get back to them and don't just ring the next tradie on the list. You get their number, and their reply if they send one.
Does BizEdge answer the call with an AI voice?
No. The caller hears a short message that you're on the tools, then gets one text back with your name and business. If you want an AI to hold the conversation on the phone, an AI receptionist is a different kind of product.
Do my customers need a new number?
No. They keep ringing the number they've always had. You dial one divert code on your own phone, and only the calls you don't answer come to BizEdge.
When do I start paying?
Month to month, cancel any time. Billing starts the day your first missed call gets a text back. If we can't get you set up, you pay nothing. If a forwarded call ever doesn't get your text within 10 seconds, that month is free, and we keep it running free until it has caught 20 calls in a row. Full conditions are in our terms. The price is $49/mo + GST, one plan.
