Missed-call text-back for tradies
When a tradie can't pick up, BizEdge texts the caller back in seconds with their name and business, and tells the tradie who rang and what they need.
Plans are from $39 + GST a month, month to month. They keep their own number, setup is a few standard codes dialled on their phone, and billing only starts when their first missed call gets a text back.
Who it's for
Bookkeepers and accountants first. You already know which of your clients are flat out, and you can see the jobs they're losing when the phone rings out.
Any business can join, though: trade suppliers, trade associations, business coaches, anyone tradies already trust.

The terms, short and plain.
- Who can join. Any business can be a partner. You can't refer your own business, or a business you own or run.
- Who counts as your referral. A client is yours when they sign up to BizEdge within 90 days of clicking your link, on the same device and browser, and they weren't already a BizEdge customer. If they click another partner's link after yours, the later link counts.
- What you earn. One month of the client's plan fee, at the plan they're on when it's earned: $39, $49 or $69. It's earned when the client has paid their first 2 monthly invoices, and it's paid once per client, ever.
- GST. Amounts are ex GST. If you're registered for GST and invoice us, we add GST.
- Refunds and disputes. An invoice that is refunded or disputed doesn't count. If that happens before we've paid you, the commission waits until the client has 2 paid invoices that stand.
- How you're paid. We email you when a commission is earned and pay it by bank transfer to the account you give us. Nothing is paid automatically.
- Play fair. Tell people what BizEdge really does, and only send your link to people who'd expect to hear from you. The Spam Act applies to you as well as us.
- Changes. We can change or end the programme by giving you notice by email. Commission you have already earned is still paid.
- The law. These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
